Who is PT Arne?

Hi! I’m Arne — Before stepping fully into the fitness world, I worked in psychiatric care as a re-integration coach, supporting people who were stuck: mentally overloaded, disconnected from their bodies, or struggling to regain structure and direction in daily life.

That experience shaped the way I coach today. I don’t just focus on workouts — I focus on people. On habits, consistency, self-trust, and learning how to move forward again, both physically and mentally. Especially for those dealing with stress, ADHD, low energy, or feeling “off track.”

My approach combines strength training with mental resilience coaching. Training becomes more than exercise — it becomes a tool to build clarity, confidence, and control. Step by step, we work toward a body that feels strong and a mind that feels grounded.
