This isn't a workout plan. Strength training does more than build muscle — it's one of the best-studied ways to lower your stress load, sleep better, and build a buffer against the pressure you're under. The research even shows the mental benefit shows up before the physical results do.

But none of that happens in a single session. The effect lives in the rhythm: showing up week after week, feeling more in control, while your head gets quieter. I build that rhythm around your real schedule and your real stress level — not an ideal version of your life.
